Try not to take public transportation. It is recommended to walk, cycle or take a private car or shuttle bus to and from get off work. If you must take public transportation, you must wear a mask all the way. Try to avoid touching the objects on the car with your hands.
You must wear protective masks when taking the company shuttle bus, and the driver will measure the temperature of the passengers on the bus. People with fever are strictly prohibited from riding, and immediately register and report. Disinfect the shuttle bus immediately after use, and arrange a special person to manage and inspect it.
Before entering the work area, all employees must wear masks, and consciously accept temperature testing and ID verification (please bring the post card for work). All departments, workshops, meeting rooms, offices and other crowded places should keep windows open for ventilation (central air conditioning is strictly prohibited, and the fresh air system is turned on) at least twice a day in the morning and afternoon, 30 minutes each time, and keep warm during ventilation. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter between people, and wear masks when working with multiple people and when taking elevators. Keep washing your hands frequently, drink plenty of water, and insist on washing your hands strictly according to the six-step method before eating and after going to the toilet. Both parties receiving outsiders must wear masks.
It is recommended to wear a mask and wash hands and disinfect before entering the meeting room. The meeting personnel are separated by more than 1 meter. Reduce centralized meetings and control meeting time. When the meeting time is too long, open the window once for ventilation. After the meeting, the venue, furniture, and tea sets must be disinfected.
The canteen adopts a meal-sharing system and is placed in the warm vegetable area in advance. Employees should wash their hands before eating. All personnel entering the canteen must wear masks. The food can be taken in line at a distance of 1 meter. After the meal is taken, return to each machine station to eat; Take off the mask and put it on immediately after the meal; eat separately, avoid crowded people, and eat in batches by time.
After washing your hands, wear a disposable medical mask and go out. When you return home, take off the mask and wash your hands for disinfection. Use disinfectant wipes or 75% alcohol to wipe mobile phones and keys. Keep the room ventilated and hygienic to avoid gatherings of many people.
Every day, public areas such as halls, corridors, meeting rooms, elevators, stairs, toilets, etc. must be disinfected (especially areas such as handles and buttons). Use spray disinfection as much as possible.
Door guards, cleaning, greening and other logistics service personnel must wear masks and disposable gloves, and the above-mentioned protective equipment should be replaced daily. Canteen purchasers or supply personnel must wear masks and disposable gloves to avoid direct hand contact with fresh meat and poultry materials. Wash hands and disinfect them in time after taking off the gloves. Cleaners must wear disposable gloves when working, and wash their hands and disinfect after work. Security personnel must wear masks to work, and carefully inquire and register the status of outsiders, and report abnormalities in time. For dormitories, canteens, and workshops, including locker rooms, offices, and household garbage dumps, a designated person will be disinfected every morning and evening.
